Going down will become more the issue... We are on a tralwer but getting Ruby on and off the boat is an issue for us, she won't jump to the steps so we have to lift her.... 75# at this point.

We liveaboard and are out cruising right now.... We only buy a bag about 25#. we discovered buying more than that and it will mildew. I had to throw out a whole bag from dampness and the food in the bottom of the bag became moldy. Same with catfood. So that means using a loaner car froma marina to buy pet supplies about every three weeks.

We have two large pitbulls and a cat on board.
