They're all good onboard, dogs, and they love boats.

Dogs are like kids, sometimes you wonder why the hell you have them. But those of us that are cursed, we can't don without them, and it's a life long curse.

We took our Springer, "Arnie" to the Bahamas in 89. Anchored close off an island, he'd jump in the dinghy at dawn, we'd let out a long painter till it was near shore, he'd jump out, go do his business, then jump back in the dinghy, and we'd pull him back to the boat.

Springers are great swimmers so he was always wet. Paws like flippers.
