Hall of Fame Marina is very nice. As long as you don't mind the megayachts next door at Bahia Mar. We spent a week at Hall of Fame and enjoyed our time there. Reasonably priced and walking distance to the beach and shops. You can also take a city mooring just south of the las Olas bridge on right.

Jon's idea of Southport Raw Bar is a good one. Take the dingy to their docks and walk to Bluewater.

Too bad we're in California,,, I'd give you our Western Caribbean charts (on the boat in Stuart).
