and will be even more cautious this summer when going to and from the boat. Wearing that PFD guarantees nothing I understand that, but gives us a better chance, unfortunately for Tom it didn't save him. See link.

This guy was a customer and I would always take the time to talk to him when he was in the store. He was a sailor and that mattered too. Not an ocean sailor but liked his time on the water......very mild mannered, if not for this tragedy he would be saying hello as he passed by on his way to his mooring this summer.
