() slip it into place behind (inboard) the trim at each end, and release the tension it should stay bent- Think of a bow and arrow and a bow string. Looks like about a 1 x 1 on each side, next to the cabin sides.
Have to be cut to a precise length of course, but that could be found with a strip of junk ply or other cheap wood. Trim and fit, then cut the teak.

- Wouldn't the 1/2" stock easily make the bend?
