I see the helmsmen on this boat even more isolated in this long, (12'?) cockpit. He or she will need all engine controls and for me, a chart plotter at the helm.

This is fun boat and distractions will abound forward of the helmsmen(I know, just a family of four in a cockpit can be a huge distraction from navigation, triple that and add a party atmosphere...)

But this is an old cockpit, pre destroyer wheel diameter. It's not wide back there. There's not that much space for instruments.

I see some nice custom work done for instrument placement in the thread below. What would you suggest with this boat and how it will be used?
