like the graph you posted Gene, is great stuff. I go to my local "buoy" for weather and sailing info all the time.

I think I saw water temps around DC at mid 80's. I hear about the water being like bath water in some areas regularly in summer, but it seems a bit early this year. Must be the spike in warm temps we've had. I plan to take advantage of it here.
