And found myself thumbing through vegetarian recipe books when deciding what to make for dinner tomorrow The China Study certainly seems to have a strong degree of credibility in its assertion that animal protein increases risk of heart disease, cancer etc and that plant protein reduces the risk. I have already been gravitating away from meat, for better health and because it seems the world needs to move in that direction for overall sustainability. Interesting to read some of the comments on this thread, and thanks for the mention of the China Study.
