Here's a vegetarian boat recipe that we make a lot (copied from a post on this board awhile back):
My wife created this recipe from ingredients on board while we were crossing the Med, and we make it frequently now. It's delicious, easy and most of the ingredients don't need refrigeration.
Cook some kind of pasta (she usually does the small flat curly ones). To make the pasta sauce reconstitute dried tomatoes, drain them and add olive oil, minced garlic, basil, and s+p. When pasta is done, toss in black olives, artichoke hearts, and feta (or parmesian) cheese. You can serve hot or cold, and really just add to it whatever you want.
