Brendon has all he bells and whistles with

lots of custom features that I have done over the years. Plenty of stainless work and we replaced all of the small teak blocks and pads with UV protected plastic and stainless to reduce the varnishing. We replaced the teak hand rails with stainless as well. Theirs not much left to refine. I suppose someone else might change a few things, as would I, if one were to start over but I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. I think next summer instead of going south or staying around here we'll head up to San Francisco and do the Delta again. We did it in 2006 as far up to Sacramento and enjoyed it a lot. We didn't have enough of a bash coming up from Cabo this year so we'll pound our way up to SF. Is that sick or what? Yes, all and all, I think it's a good way to go at our age. Crossing big oceans is most likely off the page for us but coastal cruising is all we have been doing the last 4 four years anyway. We want to commuter cruise but leaving the boat unattended for any length of time is going to just kill us. The longest we have ever left her at one time is 10 days. Leaving her for weeks or even months is going to be hard.
