I bet that could do it. Maybe a sheet of plywood on top, drake the plastic tarp over? Probably need more than a couple electric heaters(?), maybe somebody has an idea. Know a fiber glass shop that might have space to let it dry?

I wouldn't wait until summer, you can get it warm enough somehow, somewhere, this happens anytime it's too cold for something to dry.
