I have the Good Old Boat issue with the Freeport 36 review. WOW! That looks like a wooden boat built inside of a fiberglass boat. We are totally impressed with the design and workmanship that went into Islander boats, it is a shame the company didn't make it in the 80's. I believe this was the first sailboat with a walthrough transom correct? Well, I guess it was more like a tuna door, but it sure seems like a case of what's old is new again.
