...into the stern rail, I'll have to see how far into the rail the ladder has the potential to fold.

Below is a picture of the stern... right after I put some vinyl letters on. It is hard to see how sloped back the stern is in this pic.

Maybe just removing the top rail right there and incorporating the ladder is all I need to do.

Anyway, thanks for the pics... just gives me more ideas.
