This is our view out our saloon window as I sit at the dinette table, usually surfing the internet.

We've decided that we hope our boat doesn't sell. I'm going to stop listing and pushing it on Craig's List. If one of the people who looked at it want to buy it, fine, we'll sell it. But if not, come May we're going to store it at Green Cove Springs Marina on the hard until Christmas and then come back and take it farther south, probably to the keys.

Why the change of heart? As I've been showing the boat to people and telling them of all the great equipment on the boat, how reliable it is, and how little work is really left to finish it up... instead of selling it to them, I've been selling it to myself. Some paint, paneling, and carpeting and it's a $120k boat, with a view like this.
