I hope not. We lost a few nice old houses around here to the architectural fashion show that boomed along the East Coast. Footprints are hard to push out, but there are ways in some zoning.

Does Onset have any architectural review of even guidelines? We have absolutely none here. My house would have been easier to tear down and start from scratch, but where's the fun in that?
