a small bit of dry ice?

After using any of the paint, at the end of the day, drop into the can a very small bit of dry ice and gently set the lid on top. Over night, the dry ice sublimates and replaces any O2. Then in the AM, just tap down the lid.

I have recently found dry ice at many food stores up near the front at a VERY low cost.
