I owned two cars with oil change computers
In Response To: How many miles would you put on your car in 50 hrs at 75%throttle? ()
they would calculate how long the car was driven each time run.
It never said to change the oil sooner than 6500-7500 miles. Although, I know, a boat is under load more.
I change every 100 or so hours. Sometime a bit more if I am on a trip and almost home.
