I've been leaving the screacher up while on our mooring but it's in front of the house and under fairly constant surveillance. I'll have to make sure we douse it when anchoring or leaving the boat. I can see how it would become a nuisance if not outright dangerous windage aloft.

We should be in BI in a few weeks.
