I've been working on the property we bought here in upstate NY. Progress on building our little house has been slow, especially trying to get the house plans done. To make matters worse, I had a logging accident, broke my neck, and wound up in the hospital. I'm out of commission for two months or longer, but thankful to be alive.

So instead of boating, I'm doing all the things I always missed, like going to the local county fair and seeing the AMAZING SNAKE WOMAN! She's a freak of nature, half snake and half woman! I took her photo and she asked me for a dollar for taking it. I told her that I'd be glad to give her a dollar, but since she didn't have any arms, how would she pick it up? She said to toss the dollar over the fence and she'd deal with it some how.
