It still blew hard from the Southeast through there, but no fetch.
We've taken Xmas through the cut between Hells Half Acre and Bold and anchored. There's more room than it looks, but most boats come in from the NE. That anchorage was very exposed in the blow.
I drew a route on the Bluechart about where we gunkholed with the sailing dinghy. Nice beaches and you could anchor in the last hole we visited, coming in from the Southeast, in light winds. We ran aground once, with the dinghy. Easy-pull board up, get out.
