Dave, take care and get well.

My better half bonked her head, hard, yesterday... She didn't ask me or my son to go down and water the new tree... nah, figgered we were "too busy." She didn't say anything to anyone... she just went down and climbed the low fence and FELL... hitting her head against a tree on the way down.

My son happened to look over that way about 10 minutes later... he was just about ready to leave for work, and just happened to look that way, toward the new tree... and there was his mom lying on the ground.

Well she is OK, far better than our Dave here. But the bottom line, she didn't tell anyone, she struck out alone to tackle a task she thought she could do, and didn't "see it coming..." She slipped on the fence (which she should NOT be climbing) and hit a tree on the way down. I was both concerned and angry... all she had to do was ask.
