I used a DJI Phantom quadcopter which I bought from amazon.com in the states for $679. Other items used were Fatshark Attitude SD FPV goggles (with video receiving and transmitting equipment) for $279 and a GoPro Hero 3 Black camera $300.. All about $1300 for the set up.. and now sadly it's all gone - I crashed the quad into a 200 foot iceberg in Greenland and it crashed to the sea and sank.. I'm looking forward to getting another rig when we get to Ireland or England or Norway or wherever we end up for the winter. Last week the Phantom quadcopters came down in price by $200, I think because they're about to come out with a new model and are trying to get rid of the stock of the old model.

I'm addicted to FPV flying! You feel like a bird in the sky..
