On my boat I post a few rules in the head and ask men to sit and be a "'sitzpinkler" (a great new word from the article linked below).

What they do elsewhere is none of my business, but I don't want the mess that might be encouraged from boat motion, or to have to refinish my head compartment walls due to salt build-up. Who has "policies" they communicate to guests and crew?
