First time I've heard it. 
I had one of those 60's head placards on the bulkhead.

It came with a long gone WC marine head, "Ahoy, landlubbers!" It started. Then went in to how complicated a marine head is, "even a book match will pack it up" etc. Standard 60's sexism referring landlubber to talk to the the Captain(ie. Thurston) or the -first mate-(lovee)... "hahaha".
The punch line was at the end "...and remember, there are no plumbers at sea!!!" I took it off. Anybody want it?
