I don't care if it's the first time on a boat or how small it might be. If someone on the boat smells something, sees something or even just senses that something might not be right to tell me immediately. Other than that, sit back, enjoy the ride and get involved with the work if you want.

People aren't stupid. If something doesn't seem right it probably isn't.
