That would make a used one more attractive, perhaps. One problem with a used one is that you buy it, then get to discover if it leaks, or has been baked, or whatever. If you were local to it, you could arrange to have it leak tested as part of the sale, but that would require some happy coincidence. Or I could buy a new one and figure on repacking it myself when the time came which changes the economics of ownership a bit.
