Better to inflate it with a hand pump (I was told)

When air is compressed is released it can put moisture in the raft. Better to use a hand pump in an area of low humidity instead. At least that's what I was told when researching the process.
I liked self certifying. Did it 3 times on our Avon and trusted it completely.
