() Everybody sets their own safety rules, though. As I see us no more than a day from the coast, my rules are just basic coastal gear a CG inspection would require. Our dinghy will be the liferaft in a fast sinking but we'll likely have made contact, probably via cell phone, before she slips under the waves.
