We might all cut the vessel a little slack. ;^)))

She was sold. http://www.bernard-gallay.com/yacht-for-sale/CHEMINEES-POUJOULAT-I-12. You can see som pic of her, the specs, and her history.

You can see she had a lot miles under her keel. (Not her first ) I'm sure she had been sailed longer distances than almost all of our boats combined have been through. That boat has been in tough condition most us would find intolerable, been banged, yanked, slammed, and generally abused.

You can see she lost her keel, returned race again.

Like a great race horse, her legs collapsed under her (again). I would think twice about calling her weak or suggesting she was defective. ;^))))
