I've wanted to do something like this for years. The motor drive controller on this is a little light for my type 2 linear drive but it is more than capable of handling a ST4000 wheel drive.

Now that I am a dirt dweller with loads of spare parts for my ancient Autohelm 6000 I'll never do it.
