Bear in mind that Ash, when exposed to moisture, will turn black
In Response To: what type of finish for wooden boathook? ()
Won't hurt the wood, but something to be aware of. I use lots of Ash on interiors because of the light color, but on exteriors it won't stay nice and bright.
