The guys down the hill make unbelievable bronze fittings for the boats they build and restore. Some parts can be quite simple. If you have a drawing it might be an easy fabrication. They even build blocks of bronze and wood.
Sounds ridiculous for most purposes but if you have old bronze parts like I do, replacements are not available and old stuff that will work is hard to find. So I've found they can refurbish-rebuild almost anything that's worn out. It would be tough to find this boom and end fitting and the bronze blocks that had nearly worn through their mating loops. They rebuilt them for a hundred bucks or so. I have a simple bronze boom bale on my mizzen nearly worn through. I can't find a replacement so I'll have them build up the bronze and it will be good as new, better. I've taken simple fittings like hinges to them which they repaired cheaply.
A bronze galley faucet, that would be tough to fabricate. You can get brass valves through all kinds of supply houses, but bronze I've never heard of.
