Though Silicon Bronze in makeup, it lacked the molded finesse of fancier appurtenances except for pieces I made plugs for and had molded at a foundry specializing in bronze stuff. It held up most nicely over these many years despite a successor owner of the boat letting it rot. I made the keel bolts from silicon bronze rod, the pulpit and stanchions from schedule 40 bronze pipe, all from Alaska Copper and Brass. You can't beat bronze.
But molded stuff like cleats can be found if you're patient though perhaps not in styles that match what you have. You could send in a piece for duplication if you located a foundry, perhaps one doing sandcasting of art pieces. IIRC I sent one of CharlieJ's turnbuckles to him from what was left when my project was done as he was having trouble finding that last one, as it were. I still have a ten foot 5/8" diameter silicon bronze rod and a dozen or so nuts to fit when threaded for rods/bolts of one sort or another. Been carrying that around for almost 35 years.
Fynspray makes a hand pump that looks nice. Faucets in bronze I've seen in plumbing supply places which also sell bronze bath tubs for 5000 bucks. Perhaps something might be adaptable. Hammered copper makes a beautiful sink and folks are around that do that stuff.
I have capitulated and gone stainless on stuff these days for simplicity's sake.
