New Yorkers and Connecticut types would like you to believe "There are no strangers here; only friends you haven't met yet." Their anchoring skills seem to have that in mind. ;^))))

You'll be using moorings (or, taking slips) a lot of the time because of the crowded harbors. There are some nice exceptions (which, in my experience during the "season") -- but not often on weekends or holidays.
