My sister is Vegan basically it's all vegs, rice and Tofu..no dairy and no meat..anything with a face..and shell food either. They sell veg burgers of various kinds which might work the best..and come frozen like regular burgers. Check out your local market most carry veg burgers; and Tofu you can marinate Tofu in sauces..tereryaki SP??, for example. Also Big mushrooms stuffed with spinach etc. kind of like steak for a Vegan.
