Not me, but two friends have had- one had both- both still sail
In Response To: Has anyone on this board had a knee replacement? Kind of sailing related. ()

Both in late 70's and still sailing with trailerable boats, and doing the rigging themselves.

Another friend had both re done, and afterwards, was racing Dolphin Sr sailboats (like a Sunfish)

Matter of DOING the therapy. Now days seems to work out just fine.
