The goal is to keep it simple reasonably fast to set up, etc. The lashings are a work in progress. Clearance to the removable inner forestay is close but adequate. For local cruising we'll tow the dinghy a lot. It is a sweet rowing boat... stroke....glide........stroke....gliiiiiiiide.....stroke.......gliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide!
It's also a sailing dinghy. We haven't had one for so long.

Too bad we had to cut off its nose!
