OK guys, I know it's not about sailing but we're using the funds from selling the boat to do a complete redo of the back yard. We're using our experience with energy management on the pool by having black areas so the sun will heat the shallow water. The Baja shelf is black with the lap pool light blue so it mimics a large coral head with the blue pool as sand bottom. The blue is only 4 feet deep. The Baja shelf is for sunning and is only 6".
When the plants grow, even though we're in an urban area it should look like a grotto or senote. The Admiral selected exotic palms from the tropics that will thrive in our coastal area. Hmmm? Perhaps we should throw in a smaller crocodillo for fun
