No worries.. it's good. You're seeing the strap shaft log/skeg

It's possible that the yard was a little bit aft of the exact recommended strap spot but I'm not worried about the shaft. There's also a lot of internal grid support fore and aft that helps stiffen the aft end of the keel root, shaft log, etc.

- Me deck stepped mast once survived the loss of the back stay.
