I see that Raymarine now allows the use of NOAA charts too in either raster or vector format. I have not got around to updating the software on our Raymarine stuff yet but I am looking forward to this feature.

My understanding is that vector charts are more of a "picture" of a traditional chart whereas a raster is an interpolated version????
