UK Search and Rescues stats show their trend of rescues is down, just like USCG's.

The UK records for SAR the recent peak was 2009, when the most rescues were performed(that's all SAR rescues). Just like USCG stats for 2013, they show less activity in SAR. Interesting. I wonder what changes could be attributed to the downturn?
