Without some kind of detailed analysis, I don't think we could possibly say whether more or fewer boats are getting into trouble . . . tho we do certainly hear about those that do.
I'd like to see a breakdown of the boats that get into trouble and why, and what kinds of boat get into what kind of trouble.
