I have to admit the weather was perfect Friday, I was working on the dock of our new slip though. The big rusty four point tie post needed a PVC cover, I also needed to get my dock boards set up so I have something else to hit besides just the dock. Wind out of the East though. The Admiral was out of town Saturday at a shower for the soon to be daughter-in-law. I spent the rest of the weekend shopping and cooking. There is a local thing called a "stag n drag" which I don't believe exists outside of this area. Basically a picnic/fundraiser for the wedding couple, put on by the wedding party. It involves much eating, drinking, gambling and a Chinese auction for bottles of liquor. That's next weekend (no sailing again). We have twin boys which always do things at the same time, so we have two weddings, two showers etc and so forth.
