Here is a short history and symtoms

Last season without any real problem I change the joker valve on my Raritan PH11. I also replaced the valve unit that controls the flush or dry setting and lubed the pump. Everything worked fine.
This season after a person with stomach issues (not I) used the head the pump handle froze --for an hour it was impossible to move in any direction or stroke. Ultimately it began working but its very hard and it appears air bound. Removing the air vent in the front of the until helps. I am of the mind that a extra large ingestion to toilet tissue is the issue.
I', am going to replace the joker valve this Friday ( a day I have set aside to prepare for my annual cruise) and hope to locate a problem but it it is in the pipe between the head and tank I'm in a tough spot.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
