Tell your guests to use the plastic bags in the head for that purpose

() Although we used tp in the head (most of the time for the heavy stuff) we tell all guests to put the paper in the trashcan. We even had a stack of small plastic bags next to the head for that purpose It helps solve a lot of future problems.
