Ideally, the turning block would be forward of the track.

Then one of my spinnaker winches could be dedicated to the mainsheet and would work on either tack(the primary winches can be used for the spinnaker as I have turning blocks aft). I could locate the turning block forward of track on the new cockpit. That's assuming the location of the existing secondary winches are optimum. In my mind it seems that they would be-as easy to access from mid cockpit, as the sheet winches. Have to try it.

Here's WINDROSE with the turning block forward. Nice set up but not ideal for the single hander that would be sitting about mid cockpit, likely forward of the wheel-easy one hand reach, for protection afforded by the dodger. That solo position puts the mainsheet out of reach(and out in the 'weather')

I think the winch being more forward of the aft bench, could be a better solution.
