Teflon thread tape.
In Response To: What do you use for stainless steel screws in aluminum? ()
I can't claim a comparison with TefGel since I have never used it but have been using the thread tape for years. The other place the thread tape works well is driving SS self-tapping screws into fiberglass and hard wood.
