I can see there will be problems when some users abuse simple courtesy which I'm sure Dorsey was not. Like the older man and the kid in Rockport Harbor the drone was closely filming. They were asked permission(I read that into the account).

But there is a distance, say in the air like these harbor videos, that is fair game for anybody doing any film or image work. Some are very cynical about these drones and will be tough to deal with.
