If I buy/borrow a drone and use it to take a video of my property for my non-commercial use, that's apparently OK. But if two years later I decide to sell my property and make the video a part of the sales documentation, I'm then in violation - for something that was legit when it was done?
What if I ask a friend to make a drone video of my property? Is he in violation if I don't say 'Thank You' or give him a 6 pack for his trouble?
Anyone else confused or is it just me?
