To my eye, those seats really aren't set-up for sitting on and leaning back. Further, the dual wheels aren't are enough outboard to allow you to trim the sails while on the rail and comfortably sail the boat.

Then, there's the issue of the safety of the cockpit which is offering you up to the sea in in a storm (Not much of a place to duck in there if you have to hunker down.)
